About Nico.

My name is Nico. I am originally from Northern Germany and am 31 years old. I am currently living in the upstate New York / Vermont area. I am a licensed Mechanical Technician from the 4 year mechanical program at Berufsschule der Handwerkskammer Lübeck. I have experience working with Land Rover’s for 14+ years. My previous experience in high end restoration was done at Lanny Clark Rovers in Colchester, Vermont and Coachwerks Restoration in British Columbia, Canada.

Where it all started.

My passion for Land Rover started before I was even alive. My Dad traveled to Australia in the early 80’s, where he came across a Land Rover for the very first time. Once he got back to Germany, he searched for a Land Rover to call his own. My childhood was filled with spending time watching my dad fix Land Rovers in his shop and taking them out on adventures. I learned how to drive at the age of 6 in a 1976 Range Classic with Manuel transmission. Not long after that, I drove some trial events as the youngest competitor in Denmark with it. Over the years, I’ve lived out of many other Land Rovers in multiple different countries. Now, I finally have a restoration shop to call my own.
